Any dispute arising upon the implementation of this agreement shall fall within the jurisdiction of the South Cairo Preliminary Court.
تلك المحكمة هي صاحبة الصفة والولاية في الفصل في تلك الدعاوي.
This court has the exclusive capacity and jurisdiction to judge on such lawsuits / actions.

بموجب القانون رقم 15 لسنة 1974 في الأحوال التي يسري فيها هذا القانون
By virtue of Law No 15 of the year 19974 where such law applies
دون التقيد بقواعد قانون المرافعات المدنية والتجارية
Unrestricted by the rules contained in the Civil and Commercial Code of Procedures
وتكون نهائية وملزمة للطرفين وقابلة للتنفيذ
Shall be final and binding on both parties and enforceable
وذلك تطبيقا لنص المادة 23 من قانون رقم 1 لسنة 1987
In implementation of the provisions of Article 23 of the Code of Procedures No. 1 of the year 1987.
بخلاف ما هو منصوص عليه في هذا العقد
Except for the stipulation of this contract (or in this contract), except for the stipulation herein stated.
تحرر هذا العقد من نسختين متطابقتين بيد كل طرف للعمل بموجبه
Executed in duplicate, one copy per each party for necessary action

باعتبارهما شاهدين بالغين وحائزين لكافة الصفات المطلوبة قانونًا طبقًا للمادة رقم 8 من اللائحة التنفيذية لقانون التوثيق
Being witness of legal age and legally eligible in accordance with Article No. VII of the Executive Regulations implementing the Registration Law
يوافق عليها مجلس إدارة الهيئة بأغلبية ثلثى أصوات أعضائه
Which are approved by the Authority's Board of Directors by a two-third majority vote of members thereof
يحصل الخريجون على بيان بدراجاتهم عند الطلب أو في الوقت الذي تحدده الجامعة
Upon the request and in due time, the graduates shall receive / shall get / shall obtain transcript of respective grades
وباقي الثمن يتم سداده على عدد ثلاث دفعات وفقا لما ورد تفصيلاً بالملحق رقم 4 بهذا العقد
The remainder of the payment/amount shall be paid in 4 installments in accordance with the data/information as is specified ورد تفصيلاً in annex No. 4 hereto attached
يعتبر التمهيد المتقدم والملاحق المرفقة بهذا العقد والموقعة من طرفيه جزءًا لا يتجزأ منه ومتممة ومكملة لأحكامه
The aforesaid (or aforementioned) preamble and annexes attached hereto and signed by parties thereto (means parties to the contract) shall be deemed and integral part of (or shall be deemed to be a part and parcel of) this contract and supplementary to the provisions thereof
