يواجه الناطقون باللغة العربية سواء كمترجمين أو مستخدمين صعوبة في كتابة رسائل باللغة الإنجليزية ولا سيما في بداية حياتنا العملية. 
فيما يلي الخطوات الأساسية في كتابة الرسائل التجارية والعامة ومحتوى كل خطوة بوجه عام.
